"I would like to take a moment to compliment you, and your staff for the truly exemplary service I received recently on an unscheduled visit to your dealership.
Last Tuesday morning (October 15) I was returning to my home in Dublin, Ohio following a five day trip with friends on the Blue Ridge Parkway and along some of the great riding roadways in the Smokey Mountains. On my return trip I noticed an issue with the front end of my 2008 FLHTP. As a precaution I stopped at your dealership to have my bike checked out. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Jason Compton who brought my bike in and listened while I went over what I felt was wrong. Mr. Compton was extremely welcoming and helpful, and immediately brought a service tech (Pat Cook) and the service manager (Brad Hacker) out to look at my bike as well. Within 25 minutes they were able to diagnose the problem and recommend a fix. Unfortunately, the work that needed to be done was caused by work that was done improperly by my dealership in Columbus, Ohio.
I was genuinely impressed by the hospitality, professionalism, and expertise of everyone I met at your facility. In particular, your service supervisor Jason Compton’s assistance in resolving my situation was much appreciated. I can honestly say that the customer service and excellent mechanical work I received from your staff at Wildcat Harley-Davidson impressed me as the best I have experienced at any Harley dealership in my 39 years of riding.
