They have a great service department. I was traveling through the state and realized that I needed to get a rear tire installed ASAP. Chris Jones understood my situation and immediately was able to get me in for service. After servicing my bike he explained everything that was done and also brought to my attention another situation with my bike and advised me on getting that fixed as well. The whole staff was very helpful and polite. The showroom was very nice. I definitely enjoyed my experience at this dealership. They saved my trip!!!

I bought a bike from these guys and nearly everybody I met there went over the top to make sure the experience was great especially, Johnny, Shanna, & Mike. I ran into a problem, picking up my bike on the weekend and Mike and Johnny really stepped up and got the job done and had my bike delivered to me within a couple of hours even though they generally do not do deliveries on the weekend, but because of a delay, that was beyond their control the day before, I wasnt able to pick it up. They got right on it and took care of it. Its little things like this that can take a great experience and turn it into a poor one if its just left to doing it the way we always do it. Thanks guys!

I was on the road from Dayton, Ohio, heading to Norris Lake to meet up with family. The thoughts of knowing my front tire had seen better days entered my mind several times while riding down I-75. I saw the Wildcat HD billboards and thought I'd swing by to see if they could hook me up with a new front tire. These guys were great! They got me straight in and out within an hour after I told them I was passing through on a trip. Both the advisor and tech (I didn't get their names) wasted no time helping me out and putting my mind at ease with a new tire. Definitely recommended if you're on the road and need service! Gave this place another chance after a few years. Theyve definitely improved their personnel. David went absolutely above and beyond for what I wanted, he didnt push anything or play any BS games at all. What he said on the phone is exactly how it was when I got to the dealership, he didnt say things just to get me there. Dude explained every option available to get what I wanted for what I wanted to pay for it. I got a new Road Glide for the price I was comfortable paying and even got some slip-on exhaust thrown in on the deal for free. This group is doing it the right way. Josh was straight up too. This dealership cares for there customers. I was traveling from Wisconsin to Tennessee and needed immediate service on my bike so I stopped in. They took care of my bike ASAP because they said travelers are there first priority. They explained the issue and corrected the problem. We were on the road again and safe to travel. I have been here over the last 3 days for the MSC (Motorcycle Safety Course). The class was awesome, the instructors (Brad and Mickel) were fantastic. The class was very informative and helped reinforce basics I had picked up myself. Inside the dealership was awesome, the staff was all friendly, and I probably talked to every one of the at least once in just downtime before the class started on Friday. All the departments were very knowledgable and I would feel very comfortable buying a new bike or bringing my current bike here for service. A+ experience all around, I will be back.

The crew I was with stopped by just to get some stretching in on our way back home from Gatlinburg. Every employee was fantastic and Jason even tried to help me persuade my wife into allowing me to buy a tour pack for her comfort. Spent some time here last Saturday for the Forever Lawless stunt show. Great hospitality from the folks that work there. Despite the rainy weather, it was a good turnout. There were beer trucks, food trucks, a cigar bar, a DJ, and other merchants set up. We had a great time and I highly recommend checking it out if they set this up again!

Hard to beat a good Harley shop and Wildcat is one of the better ones. I needed an engine guard for one of my bikes that is out of stock everywhere but Wildcat Harley Davidson was able to get what I needed quickly. They also have a great selection of bikes on the floor. I'll be back.

Wow, wow, wow! Love this Harley Store! The store is under new management, and the selection, and staff are top notch. We grabbed some t-shirts, and the young lady that helped us, Michelle, was awesome. She showed me all the great options they had in apparel, boots, and accessories. They were having a great promo, and I snagged myself a waterproof tote, and duffle bag. I want to also thank Nicki for reaching out and making sure that my visit was top notch. We saw a guy get his first bike, and if you've never experienced that feeling, there is nothing like it! I didn't get to make day 1 and they had to have been CRAZY busy because there was not much inventory left. Sad to not have gotten a poker chip as that's why I went but still made a great day of it. I guess the upside is that I saved a few bucks haha! Someday I'll get back down and make that happen...

Just picked up my 2019 Heritage from service after having a new cam installed. I cant stress enough how enjoyable the entire process was! Dylan and the entire service department was in constant contact, updating parts status and letting me know what was going on the whole time. It only took three weeks from the time they picked up my bike until I got a call letting me know it was ready, even with a few parts taking extra time to come in! I couldn't be happier with the results! The technicians who performed the work did an absolutely outstanding job. Started with the riders course, had a great experience, the trainers were awesome. Bought our 3rd bike from Wilcat since August 2021. Alan Sweat, our salesman, and Josh Wells, our finance guru, were great to work with. Our experiences could not have been better. They stayed late and bent over backwards to get us what we wanted. Test riding and buying the parts we wanted was effortless. The entire staff at Wildcat is great to work with.

Charlie Simpson was such a pleasure to deal with. We did the trade over the phone on Friday and I brought my 20 streetglide in on Monday and did the paperwork. I left my ultra classic limited at the dealership and they are installing the 131 kit. Wildcat treated me like a king something that the previous dealers I dealt with didnt do. Ive got more calls and gratitude for my business than Ive ever had. I began trading in every year since 1997 and hope to keep doing it in the future. Thanks to all the staff at Wildcat!

I was down there last weekend this is by far the best most friendly Harley shop my wife and I have ever been to. This is not a Harley shop that you go into and have to ask for help, they will ask you first!!! Worth the ride from anywhere.... No question in my mind to where I am getting my next bike... You won't find another dealership that is as friendly and helpful as this one, they have a great staff they also have some great riding instructors doing classes for them. I've been riding for years but I went with my son when he first started and I was very impressed and appreciative of what they were teaching. Just an all around awesome experience -- thank you!

My husband and his father bought there Harley's last Sunday and the staff was so good to them and they even waited on me and my mother in law to come be fitted for helmets a half an hour after they closed!!! 110% satisfied!!!

I was in your store this past weekend on Friday the 23rd. We had an almost flat tire when we left the store and your employees had made us aware of this. I would like to take a moment to compliment you, and your staff for the truly exemplary service I received recently on an unscheduled visit to your dealership.

Last Tuesday morning (October 15) I was returning to my home in Dublin, Ohio following a five day trip with friends on the Blue Ridge Parkway and along some of the great riding roadways in the Smokey Mountains. On my return trip I noticed an issue with the front end of my 2008 FLHTP. As a precaution I stopped at your dealership to have my bike checked out. I was greeted immediately by Mr Jason Compton, who brought my bike in and listened while I went over what I felt was wrong. Mr. Compton was extremely welcoming and helpful, and immediately brought a service tech (Pat Cook) and the service manager (Brad Hacker) out to look at my bike as well. Within 25 minutes they were able to diagnose the problem and recommend a fix. Unfortunately, the work that needed to be done was caused by work that was done improperly by my dealership in Columbus, Ohio.I was genuinely impressed by the hospitality, professionalism, and expertise of everyone I met at your facility. In particular, your service supervisor Jason Compton's assistance in resolving my situation was much appreciated. I can honestly say that the customer service and excellent mechanical work I received from your staff at Wildcat Harley-Davidson impressed me as the best I have experienced at any Harley dealership in my 39 years of riding.Please pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation to Jason, Brad, and Pat for all their help.
